Learning and Development Manager
Leslee joins the Learning, Development, and Organizational Culture (LDOC) team as Learning and Development Manager. In this role, Leslee is responsible for managing and supporting the design, development, delivery and evaluation of effective learning and training programs to be offered at all levels of the University system.
Leslee Gensinger has been a learning and development professional since 2008 with a focus on onboarding new hires and organizational and leadership development. Leslee holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications (2000) and a Master's degree in Management and Leadership (2013) from Liberty University focusing on Organizational Behavior, Executive Leadership and Management and Effective Executive Communication. She is also a Gallup certified StrengthsFinder Coach, a Vital Smarts certified Crucial Conversations facilitator, and an Arbinger Institute certified facilitator for their Developing and Implementing and Outward Mindset program. Additionally, she has experience with diversity and inclusion development at Virginia Commonwealth University with the Building Inclusive Communities program through the division for Inclusive Excellence
Leslee resides in Chesterfield, VA with her husband and two fur-babies, Athena and Ambush. She has pictures of all three available upon request!
