VCU provides employees with a variety of learning opportunities for their professional growth and career development. Employees and managers are expected to create a career development plan each year. Employees can access any of the resources below to support the goals they set in their career development plan.

Lynda is a leading online learning service that has thousands of tutorials aimed at training business, software, technology and creative skills to allow its members to achieve personal and professional goals. Lynda's robust and vast library is able to meet the varied needs of the VCU community. Faculty can utilize Lynda's vast library of course material to supplement their online and classroom instruction. Staff can find resources that promote professional development, as well as tutorials that provide information on everyday workplace issues. Learn more at lynda.vcu.edu/.
