HR operations (transactions) staff provide PAF (Personnel/Position Action Form) data entry into the Banner system, employee benefits data entry into the Banner system and the State Benefits Eligibility System (BES), and file support for all personnel records. They also provide routine assistance with benefits enrollment confirmations, COBRA, leave, VSDP (Virginia Sickness and Disability Program), and other HR-related services.
