The Library Services career community (LSCC) serves to supplement individual development by encouraging and promoting professional growth through different opportunities for members of the LSCC and more broadly, for VCU. LSCC invests in the library community by facilitating networking, learning and mentoring activities in order to foster a healthy and successful learning organization.
