With the holidays approaching and bringing extra emphasis on caring for one another, we have assembled a list of Fall 2025 resources. Focused on food access and financial and mental health, we hope this brings additional support to you this holiday season.

Employee Well-being Events

Live events such as webinars, exercise classes and information sessions are a great way to set aside an hour or so in your day to focus on well-being topics that are most relevant to you. Most programs continue to be offered virtually unless specified below. 

VCU is happy to share opportunities to attend university well-being programs with other members of the VCU community, including VCU Health, VCU Dentistry, and other affiliated entities. Please be aware that some features and services discussed may be limited to university employees or may apply differently to employees of VCU Health or other entities.
