ITC is an evidence-based change approach developed by Harvard researchers Lisa Lahey and Bob Kegan. It is best suited when individuals or groups find they are unable to make progress towards an important goal. The process is led by trained facilitators who help the group get unstuck by first creating an ITC "map", and then identifying small steps to take (and "test").
